Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the service department
- Lead, support, and develop a high-performing team
- Maintain a strong customer-first approach across all service touchpoints
- Manage workflow, technician productivity, and parts ordering
- Handle warranty claims and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Drive profitability while meeting KPIs and service targets
- Proven experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Manager within a dealership
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Solid mechanical knowledge and workshop experience
- Excellent communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient with dealership systems
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results
